An average time needed for liquidation of a private company (either registered in mainland or in one of free zones) is 50-60 day approx.
Company Liquidation
Within the said time the company that is a subject of liquidation has to pass through such mandatory stages as:
- Audit procedure – regardless of the company’s age and obtaining a letter of liquidation from the audit.
- Immigration procedure – cancellation of all residency visas (including employees and shareholders).
- Corporate proceedings – close establishment card, signboard resolution, and liquidation announcement.
