Golden Visa via Investment
To get a Golden Visa via investment in real estate one should meet the following conditions:
- The purchase price has to be 2 million AED in total
- The amount paid shall be no less than 2 million AED
The average time needed for establishing a golden visa is 10-15 days approximately.
Main stages of the procedures:
- Obtaining approval for a visa from the Dubai Land Department (DLD);
- Medical tests (blood test and X-ray);
- Biometrics (fingerprints and photos) – for those applicants who don’t have Emirates ID.
Please note that during the procedure the applicant for a Golden Visa is not allowed to leave the country.
